If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Christmas Shipping Deadlines for Fine Art America Products



Fine Art America has production facilities located throughout the world, and we'll ship you order to any destination from the closest available production facility. 

On our checkout screen, you'll see exactly where your order will be shipping from. 

If our production facility is located in the same country as your shipping destination, then the order is a domestic order, and the calendar, below, applies.  

If our production facility is located in Europe and your shipping destination is in Europe or the UK, then it's a domestic order, as well. 

In order to guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve, all domestic orders must be placed by 

11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 11th (Ground Shipments) 


11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 15th (Overnight Shipments). 

Friday, December 11th Last Day for FedEx and UPS Ground Shipments 

Tuesday, December 15th Last Day for FedEx and UPS Overnight Shipments 


Fine Art America has production facilities located throughout the world, and we'll ship you order to any address in the world from the closest available production facility.  

Since shipping times vary significantly by destination, please place all international orders no later than 

5:00 PM (Eastern U.S. Time) on December 4th.







For Art Of Where Products, their Shipping and Return Policy see.

Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to our terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into our allowable range. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be varitations between or even within an order.

Items purchased from the Artist Stores are in most cases not returnable. This is due to the fact that the Artist has been paid a commission on the purchased item.

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8 hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, ArtofWhere reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, Art of Where does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want your space to feel perfect. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Article orders. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, we are here to help.


You can exchange any product in your order up to 30 days after delivery for any reason once, free of charge.

All exchanges must be made with the original Article packaging. Please note that if you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is a $50 repackaging fee.

Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange.

In the event your product still isn’t quite right, we can help. Get in touch with our team to organize another exchange. Please keep in mind that after an initial exchange additional shipping fees will apply. 


If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Our team is here to help.

You can return your Article product for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. All returns will incur a $49 return-shipping fee. 

Please note, returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional $50 per item repackaging fee.


Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please get in touch

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products’ date of delivery.

If you experience issues with your Article piece, please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repair, and in necessary cases, a complete replacement.

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Article warranty.



For Contrado Products

  • Returns
    • We have different rules for the cancellation and return of your purchase dependent on if it is a personalized or non-personalized product. Please see below.
    • You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of a non-personalized product, if you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered. You must return the unused non-personalized product to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and you must pay for the return of the unused non-personalized product to our nominated address.
    • You do not have the right to cancel products that are personalized as the products have been made to your specific requirements. However, for personalized products ordered from our site we allow a 30-minute period in which you can either amend or cancel your order.
    • This 30 minutes begins from when you receive your confirmation email or when you see the order summary “Thank you, your order is confirmed” on your screen. After this time period your order will enter our production workflow and cannot be changed.
    • As per English law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalized by you.
    • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
    • Manufacturer faults cover scratches on the product, stitching issues and hemming issues. We, the manufacturer, will decide what falls under manufacturer faults.
    • All orders made through wholesale accounts are regarded as Business to Business contracts and are not covered by Consumer rights act as wholesale accounts are regarded as businesses. Businesses cannot expect a legal remedy in respect to Fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, or if they decide that they no longer want the item.
    • We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.

    • Complaints or claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the goods were expected to arrive.
